  • Analysis of any previous blood or lab testing results.

  • Structured summary of your personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations along with a list of prescribed supplements.

  • Prescription for mind-body relaxation practices that are tailored to your personality and preferences.

Weeks 2 - 9: Deep In The Hero’s Journey

  • Weekly 60-minute coaching sessions, regular accountability check-ins and 24/7 support via email, telephone or WhatsApp.

  • Continued review of your progress to identify any changes and adaptations that need to be made over time.

  • Access to my Sleep Better Live Better eLearning platform where you'll find recipes, exercise, sleep, relaxation, stress management and lifestyle education, as well as my personalised sleep and circadian health improvement plan workbook which are all designed to accompany your learning.

  • Explore modern health-technologies and related biohacks that can support and enhance your progress.

Weeks 10 - 12: Finding Balance For The Future

  • Bi-weekly 45-minute coaching sessions.

  • Guidance for how to find a new balance moving forward, involving nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress.

  • Helping you to identify the next steps that you want to take on your life journey (trust me, you’ll need my help to figure out what you’re going to do with all of your new energy).
